I know this is a bad habit but I’m at the point where I’m too nervous to actually try or test anything out, even on my study model, so I’ve been avoiding working on it. I think it’ll be better when I work on it tomorrow. I think I’m going to Utrect or Sam Flax tomorrow morning so that I can get some more materials.
I also need to figure out this whole shelf thing. I did pretty much finish my board (finally!!! For once Tyna will have a board that [hopefully] doesn’t suck!) I just need to figure out a couple of height issues and I can plot it. This can wait until I talk to DVA tomorrow so that’s good.
I figured out my slogan as well: “Back to basics.” It’s what Chanel did to “revolutionize the fashion industry by … incorporating elegance, class, and originality,” according to Wikipedia. Yeah I know…
I think it works for my promotional item fairly well though. Clean and simple, refers back to when Chanel started. Elegant. Timeless. Unique. Those are the words from the beginning; I hope I’m still keeping true to them. I intend to.
